Return policy

 

1.Return/Refund Policy
Our return policy is valid for 30 days from the date you receive your item. If more than 30 days have passed, we regret that we cannot offer a refund or exchange.

To qualify for a return or exchange, the item must be unused, in resalable condition, and in the same state as when you received it. Additionally, it must be returned in its original packaging.

 

2.Shipping Fee

If the product you receive is not the one you ordered, or if it is defective, please reach out to us at sales7@etlindustries.com.cn with a photo or video of the issue. We will promptly arrange for an exchange or refund. ETL INDUSTRIES will cover the return or exchange shipping costs.
In all other cases, ETL INDUSTRIES will not be responsible for shipping fees. You will be required to cover the cost of returning the item to us.

 

3.Return & Exchange Process

Follow these steps to initiate a return and receive a refund or exchange:

 

· Contact Customer Support: Reach out to our customer support team within 30 days of receiving your order. Please provide your order number and the reason for your return. If your return request is approved, our after-sales team will send you the warehouse address promptly.

· Repackage the Item: Carefully repackage the item in its original condition, ensuring all accessories and packaging materials are included.

· Confirmation: Once we receive and process your return, we will inform you of the status of your refund or exchange. If approved, the refund will be processed, and a credit will be automatically applied to your credit card or original payment method within a few business days.

 

4. Invalid Shipping Address
Please double-check that your shipping address is correct when placing your order. We work hard to minimize handling time, so there is only a short window to update your address. If you need to make changes, please contact us at sales7@etlindustries.com.cn as soon as possible.

If the parcel is returned due to an incorrect address and it’s too late to make adjustments, the buyer will be responsible for the return shipping fees.

 

5. Order Cancellation


You are eligible for a full refund on general orders as long as the order has not been shipped out. Please see the details below:

 

· Shipping Time: Orders are processed and shipped within 24-72 hours, excluding weekends. If you place an order over the weekend, we will begin fulfilling it on the next business day.

· Cancellation Policy: Once an order has been shipped, we cannot cancel it. If your package has already been shipped, please allow it to arrive. You can either keep the item or contact us to return it for a refund. Please do not refuse delivery, as any undelivered packages will be destroyed by the third-party logistics provider.
