Great product..Main companies sell this duble og the price withtheir logo.Same thing different is only its without a company logo.Highly recommend
Liked very much, fit perfectly and easy to install.
These are a great fit with no drilling and good-quality tape for attachment. They seem heavy enough to last well, and protect the Jeep finish at the base of the door openings.
Usually I just use bed liner on the door sills of the Jeeps, but these were here and I thought I would give them a try. Nice fit. Easy to install on a warm day. Look great, very factory in appearance. These should outlast the Jeep for sure.
Well, I was disappointed the front longer door sills came folded, but I left them out about a week in my heated basement and the folds went away. They were packaged so-so in a large flat carboards box but no apparent damage. They come pre-taped with another roll of tape in the box - a nice add.i found a YouTube from another manufacturer to watch these being installed and they showed how to pre-clean the area of application thoroughly prior to installing and how to best remove the tape. That was very helpful. I recommend going to YouTube and finding a similar video prior to installing. These are more flexible and won't install exactly the same, but you'll get a better idea of how to do it.The material on a friend's Jeep is much thicker than this product and if you watch any YouTube videos, their front protection pieces are much stiffer and can't bend at all. Once down that shouldn't be a problem as you have the metal backing below to keep it from bending. The pieces were fairly easy to install but I wasn't pleased with the range of in-to-out movement. I thought these would have one place to go down but there is some slight movement so you need to place inward as much as possible so the door doesn't rub when closed. I only had this problem on the front doors. The applied tape on mine were super sticky and I didn't need any of the tape that was supplied with the package. So far, mine seem pretty tight but I was a bit concerned the tape doesn't come out to the edge of the rubber. In watching videos, this seems to be the common method of applying, but it feels like water could get between the rubber and the metal at the perimeter and cause future harm. I plan to keep an eye on this. I may be overreacting but on a $60,000 4xe Wrangler I sure don't want a place for rust to form. This may seem odd to say, but I 'think' I'll like these over time. I think what bugs me is that I'm a super researcher. I will rarely buy anything unless I feel it is a 5 star product. I'm giving this a 4 based on being folded, less thickness than others I researched, poor installation instructions and the exposed edges where water can creep in.I do like how they look and they will definitely protect the door sills going forward. Give me a year and we'll see if I up or down my score.
